ARC BLS Challenge Session
This is a one time opportunity skills check for providers with a current AHA card.
Service Description
Do you think that you still know what to do in case of an emergency? This CHALLENGE COURSE is just for you! This BLS RENEWAL requires students to have a current card, that is about to expire. Current BLS card holders can sign up for this session to conduct a skills check only with No EXAM! Students only get one (1) shot at demonstrating skills to an Instructor without any guidance. This class will keep you prepared to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies. Our training meets the AHA 2020 guidelines and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) workplace requirements. Takes approximately 35 minutes to complete. If you fail the skills check, students must take the BLS full course and will not be allowed to take another challenge session. Upon successful completion, you will receive a 2 year American Heart Association certificate and ecard via email for Basic Life Support. You are REQUIRED to wear a facial mask in class. The instructor supply all other materials needed for this class. SAME DAY American Red Cross (ARC) certifications only.
Cancellation Policy
A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations requested by the student prior to the scheduled class. Failure to give a 48-hour notice will result in a 20% cancellation fee. No shows will result in a 50% no show fee.
