EMR Instructor's Course

Service Description

This Emergency Medical Response course includes, Basic Life Support for healthcare providers that is taught under the guidelines of OSHA. This is a 36-56 hour course that takes approximately 3-4 weeks. upon successful completion, students will receive a 2 yr American Red Cross certificate via email the same day. The textbook is included. Tuition must be paid in full by the first day of class. Feel free to check our website periodically to see if we have launched any payment plans for this course. The Instructor will email students upon sign up about class materials. You will need a basic EMR certification to qualify for this course. If you do not have one, we can provide training for that as well for an additional $100 fee if you are aligning with our company. It would be an additional $200 fee if you are aligning with another company. Please contact the Instructor for more details and/or price changes. 1. Be at least 18 years of age. 2. Have a current AHA or ARC BLS Provider certification. 3. Be prepared to successfully complete the EMR Skills Check-Off. 4. Complete and pass the EMR Instructor's Written Exam. 5. Complete the AHA BLS Instructor Essentials online course ($42) 6. Purchase the AHA BLS Instructor manual or e-book ($40) If you do not have a current basic BLS certification, we can provide training for that as well for an additional discounted $65 fee. Discounted to our students as a dual class for aligning with us. Aligning with us is free of charge. There is an additional $60 fee for a basic BLS certification, if you are aligning with another training company other than Heartbeat CPR Nationwide. Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations prior to your scheduled class. Failure to give a 48-hour notice will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
