First Aid CPR AED Instructor Course

Service Description

This First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor's course is to train you how to instruct and certify other healthcare providers and public safety professionals. Giving them the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to breathing and emergency cardiovascular care in adult, children and infant patients. Consistent with OSHA and the 2020 AHA Guidelines for CPR and BLS. You will learn the use of lecture, how to run skills practices and case-based emergency response scenarios. You will also learn how to help your students build their critical thinking, problem solving, and team dynamic skills that's needed to have better patient outcomes. This is a mandatory 18hr course that can be broken down into sessions by 2-4 days a week, 4-9 hours daily at your request. Upon successful completion, students will receive a 2 year American Red Cross certificate and ecard via email. You will have anytime, anywhere access to training history. All course info. will be emailed to students prior to the first day of class. Instructor Course Qualifications: 1. Be at least 18 years of age. 2. Have a current ARC or AHA basic FirstAid/CPR/AED certification. 3. Be prepared to complete the Instructor's BLS Skills Check-Off. 4. Be prepared to complete the BLS Instructor's Written Exam. 5. Complete the BLS Instructor Essentials online course ($36) 6. Purchase the BLS Instructor's Manual or e-book ($45) *If you plan on teaching AHA Heart saver courses, the AHA Heart Saver Manual must also be purchased ($55) If you do not have a basic ARC or AHA First Aid/CPR/AED certification card, we provide training for that as well for an additional $50 fee if you are aligning with our company. Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations prior to your scheduled class. Failure to give a 48-hour notice will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
